In MS.NET (well, all textboxes in Windows) you can place the caret somewhere,
hold shift, click to place the caret somewhere else, and everything in between
will be selected. This doesn't work in Mono. Mono will let you set the
selection with shift and arrow keys/home/end, but clicking with the mouse
doesn't work.
