After updating above mono 1.2.4 I can no longer validate some XML files. It
seems to be a problem with Schemas that include other schema.

Unpack
make run
This will validate on mono 1.2.4 but not on above (tried 1.2.5, 1.2.6 and
1.9.0preview2)
