They are ordered: ..., German, Greek, English, Spanish, Finnish, ... etc. And
the non-Culture neutral ones are very mixed up, e.g. ..., English (Australia),
Spanish (Spain), French (Canada), ..., English (Canada), .. etc.
Alphabetical order would be better.
