Steps to reproduce:
- Goto http://www.thedatafarm.com/silverlight/journalsample
- Click on the lasso tool from the tool bar at the top.
- Select some lines
- Click and drag the lines to another location on the page
Expected results:
- The selected lines should move smoothly with the mouse
Actual results:
- The selected lines move in a choppy manner, and don't stay with the mouse.
How often does this happen? Always.
