Tested on svn head Linux and Win32. When one opens the editor for a DateTime
for a second time, the drop-down window is blank. Only on the first use of the
drop-down does the date picker display. This is regression from 1.2.6 and
1.9pre. I haven't tried it at the head of the 1.9 branch.
