Someone in IRC was getting "Cannot open assembly myapp.exe" when trying to open
an application with mono. Since there are multiple causes of this, it would be
nice if we could make our error message more specific.
Trying to open a nonexistant file should be something like:
File myapp.exe could not be found.
Trying to open a non-.net program should be something like:
File myapp.exe is not a valid assembly.
