Description of Problem:
PropertyGrid scrolls past the bottom of the list (see the attached
screenshots).
This happens in Mono 1.9p3, but not in Mono 1.9p1 so this is a regression.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run the attached PropertyGridDemo.exe
2. Click on an item
3. Using the mouse scroll, scroll all the way down to the bottom
4. Notice it scrolls past the bottom
Actual Results:
Scrolls past the bottom.
Expected Results:
Should stop at the bottom.
How often does this happen?
Every time.
