Repro code
In the collection edit dialog the right hand side of the dialog displays the
selected list item for edit. However, in the case where the array was empty
when the dialog was opened and an item is added no item edit controls appear.
(Obviously after OK-ing the dialog, and reopening the dialog the edit controls
are displayed).
