With attached repro app from bug 365940 a property "FooRectangleNoSetter" (in
category System.Drawing) is included and is displayed (correctly) as readonly,
and expandable. The sub-items (x,y,h,w) are not marked read-only, but any edit
to a sub-item is ignored. It appears that they should be read-only, and thus
the bug here is in the display of the sub-items.
(Does this rule apply in all cases, that get/set child properties of a
read-only property should be get-only?)
