Repro app from bug 363648 comment 2 -- the second attachment. (Feel free to
add it to SVN winforms.
1. Hit Alt+R to click the 'set max count' button.
Note that the first menu item is (incorrectly) highlighted.
2. Now click Alt+S to click the 'set start' button.
No effect!
3. Now click Alt+F4 to exit the app.
No effect!
On Linux the focus doesn't stick on the menu item, but there's a distracting
flash of the menu on each Alt+... press.
