Currently we use constant value (such as "Serif") in default font retrievers
such as GdipGetGenericFontFamilySansSerif(). It does not work fine on OSX and
we should use some ATSUI functions instead.
This issue causes that winforms apps on OSX does not show any locale-specific
characters such as Japanese.
