When attempting to insert a unicode literal into a table, the following error
is reported:
Unhandled Exception: System.Data.Odbc.OdbcException: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL
Server Driver][SQL Server]String or binary data would be truncated.
To reproduce, compile and run the attached source code.
