Note to self: in future read sources/patches to see all Keys supported. :-(
ComboBox supports PageUp/PageDown to navigate through the list. However this
does not work in various cases.
First, in DropDown/DropDownList modes, ignored when the drop-down is closed.
(Simple mode case described in next bug).
Present in 1.2.6, 1.9, SVN.
