Steps to reproduce:
- http://www.microsoft.com/beta/downloads/Default.aspx
- Click on 'Browse Downloads'
- In the A-Z index, mouse over the index chars.
Expected results:
- char should remain enlarged while the mouse is over it.
Actual results:
- any slight movement of the mouse causes the char to return to normal size
and then re-enlarge.
How often does this happen? Always
