Steps to reproduce:
- http://webaqua.intersoftpt.com/WebFishEye/Default.aspx
Expected results:
- page should load very quickly
- user should see nice background while page is loading
Actual results:
- page hangs at 4% loaded.
- missing background while progress bar is running
How often does this happen? Always
