In collection editor, the items in the list on the left do not update when an
item is edited (the list does update on add/remove/re-order item(s)).
Repro, property FooInt32ListTInitialised. On initial open it has values
{1,5,999} change the 999 to (e.g.) 9991, and click on the background. The
update is not visible on the left. Change the 5 item to (e.g.) 51, same lack
of update. Click on the 999 item to ensure its value was changed, should see
9991.
On re-opening the collection-editor the left panel shows the correct items.
