ASPX page for demoing the bug
I initialize a control's choices in Page_Init() and leave it alone afterwards.
Mysteriously, after two clicks on a button, the first choice of the control
becomes pair of empty strings, both the Value and the Text are lost. This would
seem to happen to every list-kind of WebControl there is.
A page demoing the problem follows in an attachment. The problem is demoed by
the first half of the page.
