On Linux, the default RoleProvider appears to be SqliteRoleProvider. This does
not match MS, where the default is AspNetSqlRoleProvider.
Also, I cannot even seem to find where SqliteRoleProvider is actually defined.
Could it also be that we also query for role membership when there's no
authenticated user (anonymous) while MS only does this for non-anonymous
access?
