Steps to reproduce:
- run ControlInspector from wf-apps
- click File / Windows.Forms / Button
- Create a bunch of events by moving/clicking the mouse while over the button.
- When the event list on the right has lots of entries in it, scroll all the
way to the top quickly.
Expected results:
- TreeView should update quickly, without any paint issues
Actual results:
- TreeView is all messed up. Scrolling slowly works, but scrolling fast does
not.
How often does this happen? Always
