I've taken a sample VirtualPathProvider provider and extended it into a full
(?) test case for VirtualPathProvider.
One of the first things to stumble upon is that the VirtualPathProvider does
results in a 404 for an attempt to generate the WSDL for a web service.
To reproduce, see gert/standalone/<bug number> in SVN.
