We currently do not take DragSize into account, causing us to start drag&drop
operations too aggressively.
This issue affects both X11 and Win32.
Also, Calberto's recent change wrt DragLeave cause DragLeave to fire when
starting a second d&d.
To reproduce:
1. compile and run the attached code snippet.
2. follow the on-screen instructions.
