Repro with MonoCalendar: 1. Run MonoCalendar and enable notify icon: Edit->Preferences, on "Advanced" tab check the respective checkbox. See notify icon appear. 2. Hover mouse over the notify icon, see the tooltip over the icon. 3. Move mouse away, see remnants of tooltip in the icon. See screenshot. 4. Or, open menu on icon with right-click. Close the menu, see remnants in the icon.
