Steps to reproduce:
- http://www.microsoft.com/heroeshappenhere/comicviewer/default.html
- click on the Browse button in lower right corner.
Expected results:
- a thumbnail listing of other comics should appear on a black background
Actual results:
- the listing appears, but horribly transparent.
- eventually, it will go non-transparent, but I'm not sure what triggers it.
How often does this happen? Always
