Steps to reproduce:
- http://silverlight.net/samples/1.0/Silverlight-Pad/default.html
- click on the bug logo and move it around.
- using the mouse scroll wheel, zoom in and out
Expected results:
- logo should move around with the mouse.
- user should be able to zoom in and out with the scroll wheel
Actual results:
- logo movement is really really slow
- cannot zoom in and out either
How often does this happen? Always
