Regression since 1.9.
(Updated)Repro app attached. Run and ensure MultiColumn=false.
1. set SelectedIndex=7
2. set SelectedIndex=1
3. set SelectedIndex=0
Bad update, the first two items in the listbox are both 'a' and both
highlighted.
