Repro app from bug 388115 comment 2. The seven buttons overflow the default
size. Since AutoScroll=true, should see scrollbars (do on MSFT). On Mono the
scrollbars appear only on resize, e.g. move the bottom edge very slightly
downwards(!).
Second issue, maximize the window, the buttons flow up to the top edge. Now
restore it to original size, most of the buttons incorrectly remain at the top
right. In MSFT they all re-flow to the bottom. On Mono, if one slowly widens
the window the buttons flow to the bottom one-by-one!
