Steps to reproduce:
- http://weihong.us/silverlight/asset.htm
- click and grab one of the sliders. With the mouse button still pressed, move
the mouse of the white canvas and on the black area.
Expected results:
- the sliders should continue to behave normally, ie not move until clicked.
Actual results:
- This somehow messes up the mouse click event. Now, just hovering over the
slider will cause it move, without clicking the mouse.
How often does this happen? Always.
