Repro
Using (abusing!) a ContextMenuStrip in my PropGridFormControl repro app with
around 50 items. In MSFT the menu fills the screen vertically and has scroll
arrows at the top and bottom. In Mono the menu is off the top of the screen.
Repro attached, compile with /d:MENU_ON_TABS and /pkg:dotnet of course.
