In Multiline tab mode, on MSFT no part of a tab button is ever off screen. In
Mono, when there are enough tabs, generally part of at least one is only
partially visible -- and sometimes only the very edge of the button is visible.

Present in SVN but can't easily test in 1.9 or earlier as PropertyGrid there
can't load a TabControl object ((bug 374334)).
BTW swf-tabcontrol2 doesn't show multiline in horizontal nor non-multiline in
vertical.
