When doing CTRL-C on buildserver.py, sometimes it will improperly cancel
builds.
Also, CTRL-C never actually shuts everything down. It always waits for the
sync thread. (Which was done because I wanted the sync daemon to continue
running during release time or while the builds were finishing)
