On MS, when SingleRow is specified as CommandBehavior then only a single result
is returned by the SqlDataReader.
I've filed a bug against MS for this, but it's highly unlikely that MS will
change their implementation. I suspect they will update the docs instead.
I'll update our implementation accordingly.
