Description of Problem:
Using the ms.net framework, setting the MaxLength property to 0 basically
allows unlimited text to be written into a (Rich)TextBox. The current 2.0
prerelease however sets 0 as MaxLength value, making it impossible to write
into it.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. - create windows forms application including a RichTextBox
2. - set MaxLength property to 0
3. - run application and try typing in it
Actual Results:
- Mono: you can't type into the textbox and only hear XBell
- Windows: you can type as much as you like
Expected Results:
the windows behavior (running ms.net)

Additional Information:
I think i filed a previous bug on this way back for TextBox and it got resolved
there ...
