Repro -- PropGridFormControls.cs
In TextBox and MaskedTextBox controls setting the UseSystemPasswordCharacter
does not update the control dispaly, only after forced repaint does the display
update.
Use the attached repro app which gives a PropertyGrid to control the controls'
properties.
