export LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF8 causes winforms apps to log on keyboard entry due to
applications reporting XIM not found. If I redefine this to en_US.UTF8, all is
happy again in the world
I'm using preview 2 on Fedora rawhide (which isn't listed in the OS!)
