MDI windows doesn't work on Windows 2.0 (mono-2.0-gtksharp-2.10.4-win32-2.exe).
Whenever a child window is opened one gets a MessageBox showing the error
message below. It's not clear whether the new child is created. Whenever the
app gets focus thereafter two copies of the same message occur and the windows
loses focus. Thus it's not possible to use the app or even close it!

This fails on Windows 2.0 preview. It works on 1.9 both platforms, and on
Linux SVN HEAD. I haven't tested Linux 2.0 nor Windows SVN HEAD etc.
