gmcs isn't compatible with some of the C# 3.0 SP1 breaking changes listed at:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc713578.aspx
In particular, it doesn't follow the correct C# 3.0 SP1 behavior for Change
Number 5 (Expression Trees) and Change Number 9 (Attributes).
Not sure if I can safely copy & paste the changes here, so please refer to the
above URL for source.
