Mono Version is 1.2.5
When raising events for a directory to watch using FileSystemEvenHandler and
FileSystemWatcher, it is not able to recognize the changes/additions/deletions
made in subdirectories of the watcher directory. It's able to recognize the
changes/additions/deletions happening in main direcotry of watcher. But not in
subdirectories.
I am also attaching the sample code to test it.
