HelpProvider UIA patch.
Attached patch enables accessibility in HelpProvider component.
This patch is very similar to ToolTip:
- Application.cs:
-- New listener added: HelpProviderListener.
- HelpProvider.cs:
-- 2 static events added: generated when tooltip is hidden/shown
-- 1 private property to track the control's help.
