Under load the HttpListener seems to be hanging. The attached stress test
demonstrates this -- on .NET it's able to successfully make all 10000 requests
in under 10 seconds on a fairly slow machine.
On Mono 2.0 and trunk it hangs after two completed requests. On 1.9 it hangs
after three.
