This series of patches adds very basic support for System.Messaging using the
AMQP protocol. MessageQueue.Send()/Receive() is supported (though not all
message properties are delivered). The update includes a Messaging Provider
layer that abstracts the implementation from the main System.Messaging library.
The source of RabbitMQ libraries are also added as a third party library.
