Description of Problem:
An image from an ImageList component is not displayed in a column header of an
listview control
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a Listview control in detail mode with a column
2. Create an ImageList control and integrate an image
3. Link the ImageList with the SmallImageList property of the listview
4. Select the ImageIndex property of the listview's column to 0 (first image)
Actual Results:
Image inside column is not displayed
Expected Results:
Image inside colum displayed
