Due to various errors, the 2.0 release of Monodoc no longer creates
documentation for Novell.Directory.Ldap.
The class/Novell.source file is absent, there is a missing "\" in
class/Makefile.am, and no mention of the Novell docs in class/Makefile.in
Here is a downstream patch used to fix this bug:
