I cannot set up a background image for the MenuStrip class, when I use the
BackgroundImageLayout Tile (the Strech layout seems to work).
I confirmed that the backround images of submenus built with the
ToolStripMenuItem class work. So its only about the MenuStrip.
Tested with MONO 2.0.1
