Hello.

This isnt really a bug, but perhaps a small feature request.

I was coding a windows service all day yesterday and couldnt figure out why it
wouldnt run any attempt after the first one. After many hours (and some help
from gonzalo) i realized it was the lockfile that was still there from the
first run.

I started the service like this:
> mono-service2 -d:. -l:lockfile MyService.exe

My requests:
1. Is it possible to add a warning if the lockfile already exists?
2. When the service is shutdown can the lockfile be removed?

This will prevent others from making the same mistake i did.

Thanks in advance,
Andreas Berglund
