Description of Problem:
On the windows build bot, the appdomain-unload.exe unit test is failing to run
with this message:
Testing appdomain-unload.exe... failed after 120 seconds timeout.
stdout for the unit test is:
FINALIZING IN DOMAIN appdomain-unload.exe: False
FINALIZING IN DOMAIN Test-is-finalizing: True
Thread aborted correctly.
