test application
Test application shows that:
1. CellStateChanged event is not generated (use mouse and keyboard);
2. Datagrid is strange scrolled when user press a keydown and will go down to
last record;
3. Datagrid is strange scrolled when user press a keyright or a keyleft in last
record.
Tested with Mono 2.0.1
