Tests compiles now (with previous patch), runs (like forever) and most of them
fails (as I suspected, different code path provoking recursion in the security
code).

At this stage since:

(a) we don't support CAS (on no platform);

(b) the win32 build already takes ages to complete (so an extra 20 minutes of,
mostly, recursion is not welcome); and 

(c) fixing the tests would require quite a bit of time (to rework existing code
to avoid stack walks when setting up the security subsystem);

I think it would be best to *skip* the 'test-cas' step on the win32 bot (just
like we did a while ago on the ia64 bot).
