Test Application
When I move one window form above others (all forms were created in different
threads) I get:
(tested on XP)
exception: "Object is busy and cannot state allow this operation [GDI+ status:
ObjectBusy]" and thread is terminated.
(tested on openSUSE)
Forms aren't being refreshed, or are refreshed improperly.
I add simple test application.
tested with Mono 2.0.1
