Console dimensions always report initial console state regardless of actual
console size at the moment.
Next prperties are known to be affected:
- Console.WindowHeight
- Console.WindowWidth
- Console.BufferHeight
- Console.BufferWidth
Net does not have this bug.
Also attempt to adjust these values throws unhandled exception while they are
read/write and can be changed in .Net.
