The debugger keybindings should be the same as the ones that are available in
Visual Studio. It is incredibly confusing to have those be any different, in
fact we get some of the basics just exactly wrong.
Start Debugging => F5
Start Without Debugging => Control F5
Step Into => F11
Step Over => F10
We seem to have reversed the first two, and Step Into
